Home Use OnlyDesigned and warranted exclusively for personal, residential home use. Not intended for commercial, professional, rental, or high-traffic environments.

- Commercial, institutional, or multi-user use (voids warranty)
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping damage after delivery, misuse, or accidents
- Improper installation or unsuitable environmental conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Home & Commercial UseBuilt for both personal home use and professional environments including wellness centers, spas, and clinics.

- Engineered for higher usage — maintain with proper cleaning routines
- Extremely heavy daily use should be managed with a maintenance schedule

Home & Commercial UseSuitable for both residential and professional environments. Designed for regular professional use.

- Proper ventilation and regular cleaning maximise lifespan in high-volume settings
- Gradual LED degradation over time is considered normal wear and tear
General Exclusions — All Products
- Normal wear and tear (including gradual LED degradation)
- Damage caused by shipping after initial delivery
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or non-genuine parts
- Exposure to extreme conditions — water, heat, dust, impact
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
60 Day Returns Policy
Once you receive your order, if for any reason you want to return any item(s) from your order, you may return the item(s) back to us in the original packaging for a refund.
The collection will be arranged by us to collect the item(s) from the original delivery address within 10 business days of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
Sale or promotional items that were free and/or included free shipping, upon return of these item(s) the initial delivery shipping cost will be deducted at a cost of no greater than the flat rate delivery fee advertised on the product page, plus the return shipping cost will also be deducted.
The return shipping cost is dependent on location, weight, size of the product(s), and any special requirements, therefore, the return shipping cost may be greater or lesser than the flat rate shipping fee Sage Space Technologies charges for the initial delivery.
