Limited Product Warranty and Exclusions

Sage Space Technologies provides a limited warranty that covers defects of your Sage Space Technologies Sensory Lounge caused by material or manufacturing faults. The warranty period is for:
Silicon Lounge Cover: 1 Year
Electronics: 2 Years
Lounge Frame: 5 Years

and begins on the date of purchase by the original end user and is not applicable if Sage Space Technologies products are taken outside of the USA.

This limited warranty is made only to the original purchaser of the Sage Space Technologies Sensory Lounge, and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.

Sage Space Technologies will, at its option, repair or replace the defective component(s) free of charge, provided that Sage Space Technologies is notified of the defect during the warranty period and a dated proof of purchase is furnished. Sage Space Technologies reserves the right to inspect the faulty component(s) and determine if the defect is due to material or manufacturing flaws. Sage Space Technologies also reserves the right to charge for service time expended if the defect is not due to material or manufacturing flaws or is not for some other reason subject to this limited warranty.

Sage Space Technologies does not warrant the Sensory Lounge from any and all defects or damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Shipping or transportation damages
  • Improper installation
  • Exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions (including but not limited to damage due to lightning strikes)
  • Unauthorized or abnormal use or operation
  • Negligence or accidents
  • Material or workmanship not provided by Sage Space Technologies

This warranty does not cover costs related to the installation or removal of the Sage Space Technologies Sensory Lounge, however Sage Space Technologies will cover associated shipping costs.

Sage Space Technologies will, at its option, use new and/or reconditioned parts in performing warranty repair and in building replacement products. Sage Space Technologies reserves the right to use parts or products of original or improved design in the repair or replacement. If Sage Space Technologies repairs or replaces a product, its warranty continues for the remaining portion of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of the repair or return shipment to the customer, whichever period expires later.

All replaced products and all parts removed from repaired products become the property of Sage Space Technologies. Sage Space Technologies covers both parts and labor necessary to repair the product and return shipment to the customer, via a Sage Space Technologies selected non-expedited freight carrier within the USA. The warranty does not cover any cost associated with installation, removal or re-installation of the Sage Space Technologies Sensory Lounge. 60 Day Returns Policy

Once you receive your order, if for any reason you want to return any item(s) from your order, you may return the item(s) back to us in the original packaging for a refund.

The collection will be arranged by us to collect the item(s) from the original delivery address within 10 business days of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

Sale or promotional items that were free and/or included free shipping, upon return of these item(s) the initial delivery shipping cost will be deducted at a cost of no greater than the flat rate delivery fee advertised on the product page, plus the return shipping cost will also be deducted.

The return shipping cost is dependent on location, weight, size of the product(s), and any special requirements, therefore, the return shipping cost may be greater or lesser than the flat rate shipping fee Sage Space Technologies charges for the initial delivery.

Sage Space Technologies does Not dictate or control the return shipping charges and we do not charge a return or restock fee.

Return Conditions:

You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 60 days of the delivery of the item(s).

The returned item(s) are received by us within 30 days from the RMA being approved.

All item(s) are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with all the original internal and external packaging, included accessories, and manuals complete and intact. Any damaged, worn, and/or missing item(s) will be charged at their sale value.

Alternative packaging is Not acceptable due to the high risk of damage during transit and significantly reduced resale value.

The item(s) are securely packed for return shipping to ensure that the item(s) and packaging are received back by us in a re-saleable condition.

There must be nothing stuck or written on the item(s) itself or its inner packaging.

Please only write or affix postage labels to the outer packaging.

If damage or loss occurs during transit and sufficient pictures/video proof of condition were not provided by the customer, the courier may refuse any claim for the loss or damage, therefore, this will be charged and deducted from the refund total.

Once we have received and fully inspected the goods for their condition and suitability for re-sale, customer payment will then be refunded to the original payment source within 30 days of receipt at our warehouse.

To return an item to us for your money back:

Send an email stating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return within the 60-day period from the date of delivery.

Our Customer Service Department will then issue you all RMA details and advise you of the return procedure.

Inform us of any damage to the machine and any missing/damaged/lost accessories. 

We will require multiple pictures and/or a video of all item(s) including accessories and packaging for our records in case of damage/loss during transit.

What cannot be returned (RMA exclusions):

The 60 days return policy does not apply to digital products, products sold via 3rd party websites, or sold as refurbished, ex-demonstration, or ex-display units.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

All items are sold with a Manufacturer’s Warranty that ensures what you ordered is received by you in good working order and can be used as intended by the manufacturer and is free from manufacturing defects.
