The return shipping cost is dependent on location, weight, size of the product(s), and any special requirements, therefore, the return shipping cost may be greater or lesser than the flat rate shipping fee Sage Space Technologies charges for the initial delivery.
Sage Space Technologies does not dictate or control the return shipping charges and we do not charge a return or restock fee.
Bundle Returns
If you return only part of a bundle, your refund is calculated so that you pay exactly what the item(s) you keep would have cost if purchased on their own:
Refund = amount paid − (standalone price + standalone shipping of the item(s) you keep) − return shipping cost
“Standalone price” is the item’s regular price listed on our website on the date of your order. “Standalone shipping” is the flat-rate delivery fee shown on that item’s product page. If you paid for shipping on your bundle order, that amount is already included in “amount paid.”
Example: You purchase the Aura Lounge + Atom Light bundle with free shipping and return the Atom Light. Your refund is the amount you paid, minus the Aura Lounge’s standalone price and its $100 standalone shipping fee, minus the actual cost of returning the Atom Light.
Returned items must still meet all Return Conditions below. Consumables included in a bundle (oils, supplements) follow the 7-day, unopened-only return rule.
